I am flexible enough and usually assess my students in order for me to prepare properly for class with materials and lessons that are appropriate for the student. 🌟My ESL classes ranged from face to face formal school setting and online classes. I was able to nurture a deep understanding to my students' culture and mother tongue which helped me develop my skill to be able to assess and adjust my teaching style in every class.
