Álvaro and I went over several common greetings I used in church yesterday and explained why conocerlos should be used in the greeting "mucho gusto en conocerlos" when addressing several people and why it is not necessary to put an article before the name of a city. He also reviewed the conjugation of future and past tense regular verbs. Finally, he clearly explained when to use the neutral word "lo."

100% this is the best teacher I've had for learning language online. I've been learning Spanish for about 5-6 years off and on, mostly off. However, in the last year I've been meeting at least 2 times per week, and often much more, consistently. I've been through about 5-6 teachers and this one is the best. She doesn't have 20 years of experience, but what she lacks in experience she makes up for in intelligence, consistently being on time, and having a desire to teach you. You'd think the last one is a given for all teachers, but as a teacher myself I can tell you that it's not. Many teachers just want to get you done with so that can move on with their lives. Valentina seems genuinely interested in helping people, is lighthearted, youthful, and has a bright future. You better book now.

Enrique is a great instructor in spanish. He can help students with his knowledge and he talk about his teaching outline briefly including the teaching material, time slots and the questions from students. He also spends a lot of time for student reports to help students have a clear goal according to the students personal need and vision. He is very kind and patient. Really nice to see you!

I just finished the first class with Ingrid. It went very well. I was able to do a basic communication with her in Spanish. She understood me very well and gave me suggestions and corrections in my speaking quickly. And her realtime note taking is very valuable for me to be able to review the corrections later. We went through different topics naturally as we progressed the conversion, and it was quite engaging for me. Hopefully I'll schedule more classes with her.
