My 8y.o has been doing the class with Chris every week for almost 5 months now. We can tell great change of the child in not just managing the skill but more of the passion and confidence in playing piano! Chris assessed his level at the beginning and precisely pointed out the weakness in the whole picture of his piano learning. He nicely communicated with us parents to explain how he would arrange the learning material and what that aimed for training. I think it’s very important that he did pay attention on understanding our goal and expectations for the kid. He is also opening for discussion if we come across some questions in the child’s daily practice. Hence we can work together to help the child. We feel very lucky to have found Ms Kar (in mid December) to help us achieve our goal within a short period of time (4 lessons in less than 10 days). I firstly communicated with Ms Kar our target to use the Christmas break for my daughter to prepare and pass the G5 theory exam. Ms Kar is very flexible and friendly, quickly set out a plan to focus on the topics my daughter needs more help and tailored made the materials/ notes for her. All her lessons are well prepared, efficient and effective. Although my initial target was to pass, Ms Kar is still very supportive, enthusiastic to answer any questions we have, and teach my daughter many easy and useful systematic methods to tackle each type of questions, eg. the big sections on keys, intervals and chords, to confidently secure the marks. No need to "deadly" memorise things. Ms Kar has helped my daughter obtain distinctions for practice papers, boosting her confidence (just did the real exam today). She is very patient, easygoing and her lessons are interesting (always showing her smiley face). Although we are based in different countries, the online lessons with Ms Kar are very effective and enjoyable. Time is allocated well for the topics/ papers to be covered. Highly recommended. We feel blessed and hope my daughter would learn from her again. Thank you so much, Ms Kar.

Chris is a passionate teacher. My daughter has been taking classes with him for the past couple weeks and says he is very patient and explains things very well. We are seeing an improvement in her. Highly recommend him.

Five stars! My kids have been taking the classes with Ms. Kimberly for 3 months. Ms. Kimberly is nice and always wear a smile. I can tell the kids enjoy the learning with her. They have built up the habit to practice every day and improved steadily.

Lindsay had a special surprise for my son today in class! She learned one of his favourite songs and really personalized the class. With her gentle guidance in class and the extra practice material she sends, I can already see the improvement in just a few weeks! Super recommended!

My 8 years old son LOVES Ms Carman’s class a lot. He enjoyed every moment of the class. Ms Carman helps him to understand what’s the requirements of RCM 5th grade exam with her best knowledge. Carman is a very patient and passionate piano teacher. Zoom class went very well with her multiple cameras 🎥. Well equipped! Carman has also spent lots of time to communicate with me prior the course begin. We both understand very clearly what is the course plan and expectation. ❤️

Teacher Joyce is very kind and patience to teach someone who is at beginner level like me. She motivates me by using a lot of words encouragement. I am so happy because she gives me opportunity to learn music piece that i love!

Teacher Andy is fantastic! Not only did he take the time to explain how to correctly place my fingers for a complicated chord, he also showed me on his piano and allowed me to imitate his movements and playing! What a talented teacher! Highly recommend him for beginners and advanced students alike!

Ken is a passionate teacher. he is willing to spend time answering my questions and sharing with me additional notes and info outside of class hours. yet, more detailed explanation about the basic stuff may be needed for a beginner like me. Maybe it was because my trial class was too short and there was not enough time to do that. But the learning experience was definitely a positive one and I will continue with Ken’s lessons after the trial class.
