In today's lesson, I learned how to make Indian vegetable soup. One thing that impressed me is the "ginger garlic paste"; it's an important ingredient in Indian cuisine. The teacher also introduced me to the different types of Indian curry. She specializes not only in Indian, Sri Lankan, and Middle Eastern food but also in Western sweets like cakes. It's a rewarding class. Thank you, Teacher.

Do not recommend this tutor. She just sat there rambling off orders which we misconstrued and nearly ruined the entire recipe. Gave it two shots, won’t be back for a third.
