Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will not be eligible for make-up lessons or refunds. 💭 If you arrive more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the class policy will apply: no refunds and no make-up lessons will be provided. To protect the rights of both teachers and students, please attend class on time. If you expect to be late, contact your teacher beforehand, and the teacher will wait for you. 💭 If you encounter special difficulties, you may discuss the situation with your teacher. If the teacher approves a make-up lesson, it must be completed within one week. No make-up lessons will be offered after this deadline. 💭 Standard lessons last 50 minutes. Lessons of 25 minutes, 80 minutes or 110 minutes are also available to suit students’ different learning needs.
