You may reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts.
Rescheduling within 12 hours is not allowed.
2️⃣ Cancellation
Cancellation 12 hours before: full refund or class credit restored.
Cancellation within 12 hours / no‑show: no refund or rescheduling.
3️⃣ Tardiness & Absence
If the student is late, the class will continue for the remaining time only.
If the student does not enter within 15 minutes → marked as absent (no refund/reschedule).
If the teacher is late, the missed time will be fully compensated.
